Free Prize Draw for One year Subscription to AIDS Terms & Conditions

Entry into the free prize draw implies acceptance of the following rules as final and binding.

1. No product purchase is necessary to enter.
2. Only one entry per individual. Multiple entries will invalidate all other entries of that individual.
3. To enter you must be over 18 years of age at date of entry.
4. To enter you must be a delegate of the IAS 2009 event in South Africa, 19-22 July 2009, request and complete a registration form on the website address www.lwwpartnerships.com/prizedraw to enter the prize draw.
5. Prizes will be awarded to winning individuals as named in the registration data collected.
6. The first name to be drawn will win the prize which will consist of one year only free subscription to AIDS commencing from a date specified by the winner.
7. The following persons are not eligible to enter: employees and the immediate friends and family of employees of LWW Partnerships.
8. Closing date for entries is midnight on the 1st September 2009.
9. All details on entrants to the free prize draw will be taken from those provided as part of registration process undertaken by LWW. LWW cannot accept any responsibilities for any inaccuracies within the data provided to register for the free prize draw and any impact this has upon the results of the prize draw.
10. A winner will be randomly drawn from the entries completed online, witnessed by an independent judge on 8th September 2009*. The judge's decision is final. The winner will be notified both via email using data from the completed registration form no later than *1st October 2009*. If the email address is found to be invalid, the draw will be re-run to find an alternative winner.
11. No responsibilities will be accepted by LWW or prize draw suppliers for any damages or delays in or failure of the delivery of prizes.
12. Prizes are non transferable and no cash alternative is available.
13. LWW reserves the right to publish the names and county of residence of the prize draw winner. These details will be available on request.
