All orders are processed by NBN International. The aim is to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • All UK orders; allow 3-4 working days
  • All Europe orders; allow 7-9 working days
  • Rest of the World; allow 9-12 days, postal services permitting

Lippincott Williams & Wilkins Returns Policy for Consumers

LWW is dedicated to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with the products and purchases they make. If you’re unhappy with an item you have bought from us, simply return it in its original condition for a complete refund. For a refund, the item(s) need to be returned:

  • Undamaged & Resalable condition – ideally in its original packaging
  • Within 30 days of receiving the item
  • Proof of purchase enclosed

Resalable condition is defined as:

  • No bent corners on covers
  • No folded or soiled pages (dirt, fingerprints, glue, stickers, writing or markings of any kind)
  • No torn covers or pages
  • No frayed, scuffed or worn covers
  • No broken, bent, folded or creased spines

 

Returning an item by post

When returning items, it is recommended that you use a registered mail service that includes insurance for your returns. Please note: we can only issue a refund once the item has been received.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item(s) arrive at your home damaged or the wrong item has been posted, we will refund you the total cost of the items as well as any postage and packaging.

 

Refunds

Refund transactions are made back to the original debit or credit card used by the customer to purchase the items. Please note that we are unable to make cash refunds. For further queries please email us.
