When you make an order for any Product you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By olacing an order you acknowledge that you will be deemed to have agreed to the incorporation of the Terms and Conditions in all subsequent orders, and you cannot make any subsequent order if you wish that the Terms and Conditions should not apply to the order which you propose to make. If we make any amendments to the Terms and Condition, such Terms and Conditions will only apply after you accept the amended Terms and Condition at the time of making an order after the amendment. Each order which you place will be separate and binding agreement between you and us incorporating this Terms and Conditions (as amended, where applicable).
1. Placing an Order for a Product
You agree that you are legally capable to place the order and making the order is for your benefit and the Product is a necessity for you.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the Product for the Price set out in this website for the Product plus any delivery fees and applicable taxes.
Any order made is subject to our acceptance. After placing of the order, you will receive an email acknowledging the receipt of your order by our distributors, NBN International. By completing the order, you warrant that you have provided all complete and accurate information about you, and if you are making a gift, about the nominated recipient. The Delivery Agent will also use such information to fulfil your order. You also warrant that you have obtained consent to provide personal details of the nominated recipient.
Neither we nor the Delivery Agent will be liable for any loss which you or any nominated recipient or any third party may incur as a result of any delay of failure to process or deliver any Product due to inaccurate or incomplete information provide by you.
Please note that only one promotional code can be used per order.
If there is insufficient stock or no stock is available at the time you place the order, we will notify you by email, as soon as we receive the order at our warehouse. In that email you will be given an opportunity to wait until stock is available or to cancel your order. If you cancel you will receive the refund of the amount received by us under the order.
3. Cancellation of order
If you wish to cancel an order, or part of an order, that has not been dispatched, please email email@example.com and quote your order number. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to return the item.
We offer free delivery for all orders in the United Kingdom of Great Britian and Northern Ireland. All orders outside of this geographic area will incur variable postage costs, dependent on delivery location.
We will endeavour to ensure that the prices set out in the website are correct. However, some of the prices set out in the website may be incorrect. We will not supply the Product at an incorrect lower price. The price applicable to order will be the price in force at the time of processing the order by us. Prices may incur VAT and other taxes as applicable.
Payment must be made by credit or debit card. Our website accepts payment by a variety of credit cards.

8. Title and Risk
The ownership of the Product will pass to you only after our distributors, NBN International, receive full payment of the Price and any sales taxes due, where applicable.
The Products will be at your risk from the time we deliver the Products.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering the Product, unless it has been caused by negligence on our part. We will also not be liable for defect or damage to the Product if is caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Subject to any law under which, our liability for any losses cannot be limited; our liability will be limited to the price paid by you for the Product ordered by you.
10. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of our obligations under this Contract if it is caused by a Force Majeure Event. Force Majeure Event means any event beyond or reasonable control including but not limited to natural disaster, strikes, lock-outs, fire, explosion, riot, terrorist attack, inability to use public or private transport, or public or private telecommunication, networks, or internet or email or any legal or government restrictions.
Our obligation to perform under the Contract is deemed to be suspended until the Force Majeure Event continues. We will make reasonable effort to find a solution to perform our obligations under this Contract notwithstanding the Force Majeure Event.
In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and remaining portions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights here-under without the prior written consent of ourselves.
